Sam’s Club Instant Savings This Month
Sam’s Club Instant Savings are automatic discounts that come off at the register or online, with nothing to clip. In mid-October 2026, deals like $3 off a 12-pack of Red Baron singles took 20% off, and each one carried its own end date, from late October to December 31.
Sam’s Club skipped the printed savings book for much of October this year. The deals were still there, just harder to find.
How Instant Savings work
Instant Savings are discounts loaded onto your membership. When a discounted item is scanned, at a register, with Scan & Go or in an online order, the price drops automatically.
- Both cards on a membership share the same offers, so once one cardholder uses a deal, it’s gone for the other.
- Most offers last about 30 days, and each listing shows its own start and end dates and any purchase limit.
- There are no rain checks. If your club runs out, the FAQ suggests another club or samsclub.com.
- Deals work in clubs, on Curbside Pickup orders and, for many items, online.
Two details in Sam’s Club’s Instant Savings FAQ surprise people. Sales tax is usually charged on the full price before the discount, and a return refunds only what you paid after it.
Instant Savings also stand in for coupons. Sam’s Club doesn’t accept manufacturer or competitor coupons, though it does take vendor checks from brands like Enfamil, Similac and Purina.
Who gets them
Every active Club and Plus member gets Instant Savings at no extra cost. Company cards and Direct Memberships don’t, and the program runs in U.S. clubs but not in Puerto Rico, according to the FAQ.
The offers aren’t tied to how much you spend. The savings book is the one program that gives the same deals to every member on a schedule, while other offers are loaded onto individual accounts at different times, which is why your app can show deals your neighbor’s doesn’t.

These come from Sam’s Club’s savings page for a Dallas club when I checked on October 18, 2026, and prices can vary by club. The party trays had a few too, like $2 off the pinwheel wraps tray through November 12.
The croissants are the same Member’s Mark 12-count from the Sam’s Club bakery, at $4.96 instead of $5.96 through November 6.
Percent off beats dollars off
Dollar amounts make the big-ticket deals look better than they are. The $4.30 off a case of Red Bull is the largest discount on the list, but it’s only about 10% off.
By my math, the real winners are smaller items. A $3 cut on Red Baron singles or Nature Valley bars is 20% off, and $1 off the croissants is about 17%.
Skip the Marathon paper towels deal. It’s $1 off a $33.98 case, about 3%, which isn’t worth a special trip or an early restock.
Stacking with Sam’s Cash
Instant Savings can run alongside Sam’s Cash offers. Through October 27, Sam’s Club was offering $15 in Sam’s Cash when you spend $100 on select P&G brands such as Tide, Downy, Charmin, Bounty and Cascade.
Plus members earn on top of that. Sam’s Club’s terms say the Plus 2% Sam’s Cash is figured after discounts, so it applies to the lower Instant Savings price, and the Sam’s Club Mastercard pays Plus members 3% on club purchases.
On a $100 P&G basket, a Plus member paying with that card would collect $15 from the offer, $2 from Plus and $3 from the card, by my math, or $20 back if every item qualifies. A Club member with a different card gets the $15. The Plus breakdown covers the 2% fine print.
When the next book comes
Sam’s Club usually prints an Instant Savings book for each event. The Krazy Coupon Lady counted seven so far in 2026, from January 2 through the event that ran August 26 to September 20.
October broke the pattern. Southern Savers noted on October 14 that Sam’s Club hadn’t made a flyer for much of the month, even though dozens of deals were running.
The Krazy Coupon Lady predicts the next book for October 28 to November 29, which would carry the early holiday deals into Black Friday. Sam’s Club hadn’t announced it when I checked, so I’ll update this page when it’s out.
